Adopt A Garden

Helping Our Way has been working closely with the local Lakeside Schools providing School Garden Beds and Orchards since July 2014. In that time, we have provided multiple classroom garden bed and orchard projects for local schools. Since starting, we have received many more requests than we can fill with our limited funds available and with your additional donations we will be able to complete more requests in a timelier manner. 

Our projects mainly focus on constructing working Agricultural Gardens and Outdoor Classrooms in the Lakeside Schools that will provide a hands-on learning opportunity for the students. They will essentially be outdoor classrooms for students to explore and bring their learning to life. 

With your donations we will be able to provide unique opportunities for the Lakeside Students to learn how to partner with nature and learn the basics of gardening and protecting the environment while benefiting from their efforts.
